We’ve just launched a new support site to better help our customers find the expertise they need—and it comes with some major upgrades. Our new support site improves your user experience by:
- Reducing friction in the ticketing system to boost response times.
- Simplifying navigation of the chatbot to help you find the right content in fewer steps.
- Streamlining documentation by also offering an entirely separate portal for candidates, meaning administrators and learners get their own direct paths to the answers they need.
While you can still access this site, it no longer offers a chatbot and will cease to operate entirely by the end of August. To get started with our new support site, you’ll need to register with Zendesk as soon as possible (using your organization's email address).
