Questionmark Analytics is Questionmark's new reporting system. It is only available for user of Questionmark Perception 5.3+/Questionmark OnDemand. The application pulls information from a database designed for reporting via reporting web services. The database that the reporting web services draw from, using an ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) process, is the Results Warehouse (a data warehouse). In turn, the Results Warehouse may draw data from several different Perception data sources.
