How can I reset my password?

Questionmark OnDemand
Questionmark OnDemand for Government
Questionmark OnPremise

If you've forgotten your Questionmark password, you can have a one-time sent to your email address that allows you to reset your password. To reset your password:

  1. Go to Questionmark.
  2. Click Request new password.

  3. Enter your username or e-mail address in the Username or e-mail address field.
  4. Click Email new password.
  5. Go to the one-time login link in the email sent to you.
  6. Click Log in.

  8. Click Save.
