Accessing Questionmark Analytics

To access Questionmark Analytics you must have a Perception administrator account set up and have created a Reporting Administrator user within Enterprise Manager with access to all results.
To access Analytics:
- Log into Enterprise Manager
- Select Analytics

Creating a Reporting Administrator user
You will need to set the required permissions in Enterprise Manager for a Reporting Administrator user in order to access Questionmark Analytics successfully.
To create a Reporting Administrator user:
- Log into Enterprise Manager
- Select Administration | Administrators
- Click New administrator
- Fill in the required information for the Reporting Administrator user on the Administrator tab. But leave the Profile blank.
- On the Reporting tab ensure all report type permissions and Access results for all groups are selected:
- Click Create
